The updated menu has stayed true to some of the Japanese classics like maki and nigiri but anticipate tangs like cream cheese, unexpected textures from tempura crunch rolls and new style sashimi when you scan though the eatery’s fresh offering.

During the summer months, an upgraded sushi deck will be complete—affording you unprecedented views of the working harbour while Head Sushi Chef Jason Chen and his team roll up (or deep fry) what is sure to be the best sushi your curious palate has savoured yet.
